Same things I ate while losing only with room for an extra glass of wine or serving of ice cream...
My TDEE is 2200 and I usually eat a little lighter during the week to save room for more indulgent weekends.
Typical day for me:
Breakfast (250-350 cals) - coffee with coffee mate and Greek yogurt or a frozen breakfast sandwich
Lunch (400-600) frozen meal with extra protein or veggies, leftovers from dinners, sandwich and soup
Snack (200) Chobani Flip or a Kind Bar
Dinner (600-800). Lots of different things but often: Grilled/sautéed meat, starchy side, vegetable side or pasta with salad or stir fry over rice
After Dinner (whatever cals are left but maybe short 100-200 during the week): wine, something sweet, hummus, salami, cheese...
Were you losing weight prior to switching to maintenance? What was your calorie goal set at?1
