I wanted to figure out how many calories I needed to maintain my current weight and how many I needed to lose. Here's my info:

- To maintain a weight of 231 lbs. (104.8 KG). you need 2,480 calories per day (17,360 calories per week).

- To lose one (1) pound per week, you must consume 1,980 calories per day (13,860 calories per week).

- To lose two (2) pounds per week, you must consume 1,480 calories per day (10,360 calories per week).

- To eat more calories per day, yet still lose this same amount of weight, increase your activity level.
