thoughts on powdered milk drinks

Every day I drink 70-100g of Milo, then a glass of 33g of milk (powdered) before I go to bed. This is mainly to compensate the remaining calorie goal per meal. I don't buy supplements like mass gainers because I'm convinced I'm getting the right nutrients in my meal plans. And drinking powdered chocolate milk drinks are just perfect in meeting my calorie goal per meal.

Do you think drinking Milo and milk are beneficial? What do you think are the pros and cons?

    I have a philosophy that all food is good. You are getting your macro balance from MFP. Is that looking good? Then you are good.

    Powdered drink mixes like carnation instant breakfasts and muscle milk have done wonders for my bulking journey. I have a very weak appetite and these have helped me get the calories and nutrients in. I also cook with them because they are more nutrient dense than other ingredients so no food bite goes un-optimized.
