I'm not really new to MFP, but I deleted my old account and created a new one. I just felt like I needed to start with a fresh, clean slate. I have gained weight during the holidays and we haven't even reached Christmas time yet so I am really trying to get a handle on things. I would at least like to maintain the loss I've already achieved until the holidays are over. I am planning on doing a hybrid of the South Beach diet and 100 Days of Real Food plan...I really like the basis of South Beach, but I want to avoid the "sugar free" stuff and just eat real, whole foods. I do a variety of workouts including Jillian Michaels DVDS, 21 Day Fix workouts, and PiYo.
