Confused!! Help!!

I get mixed messages often and am not sure what to do. I had been eating 1,500 calories or more for a long time (2 years or so) and losing. Problem is, I wasn't paying attention to calories, only carbs. I'm wanting to switch from low carb to healthy eating........ The last month on low carb I've kept my calories at 1,200 and started running but haven't lost. Should I be eating at my TDEE or should I stick with what MFP recommends????? I've dropped 65 lbs and am on my last 25-30 to lose, if that makes a difference. I'm not worried about losing 2 pounds a week, just a steady loss. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks!

  • Bump....I can't figure out what program to go with either. I have heard so much about In-place-of-road-map and how good it works but I am not sure what my numbers should look like. MFP wanted me at 1380 I started reading about that not being enough and nowhere to go when I hit a plateau so I upped it to 1500.

    If someone could help me too that would be great 5'7", 221, 29 year old female, lightly active. I workout as much as possible and try not to eat exercise calories. I am not seeing the results I want see = 20 days no change :( I would like to lose roughly 2 lbs per week.
