Vegetable smoothie causing heartburn

I did not even know it was possible. I used cicumber, carrots, spinach, a bit or pineapple, some blueberries, raspberries, a but of milk and ice cubes. It's giving me heartburn like tomato sauce. Which one is the culprit and with which food can I replace it?

Maybe the pineapple/milk combo? I'm just guessing that because it made me shudder. The whole thing makes me shudder tbh but those two ingredients jumped out at me.0

try making it missing a different ingredient each time and see which one is causing the issues0

It might just be a combination your body isn't used to and could calm down over time. It also might not be what's causing the heartburn.0
