Help!!!

Hello,

I tried using this a few months back and didn't stick it really long. I just need some help and motivation to help me get to my goal. I am quite short so being as heavy as I am doesn't look right.

    Just stick with it and log your food and drink intake as accurately and honestly as possible - You can do this. :)

    Keep tracking.. This app helps you to find the right amount of calories to take in per day so try to stick to a reasonable goal. Don't try to lose too much weight too fast. Take your time and just stick to it. 30 minutes on an incline 8% treadmill 2-3 times a week.

    You can get a heart rate monitor to more accurately track the calories you've burned through out the day and also check your heart rate during your exercise.
