Struggling to stick to anything. Lost alot on ww and sw but all went on and now they dont work feel they allow you to eat to much Need to count

I spent 20 years struggling to stick to restrictive diets including weight watchers, low fat, calorie counting. My problem was the carbs though. I must have started over 1000 times - I'd do really well for a day or two, or a week or two, or even 3 months - then I'd break - couldn't handle the hunger anymore. Just wanted to feel full again and ended up gaining it all back. Last 4 years I've been low carb. Never hungry, no sore joints, 35kg lighter. And I never break, not even over Xmas - I just don't need to. I'm not deprived. I still use my MFP diary, and I still track my food, but I don't count every last calorie and worry about not having enough.0

Diets don't work long term, must make a lifestyle change, Eat live foods only, all you want, but keep it whole foods0
