I've been using My Fitness Pal in conjunction with Map My Walk since July 2015 and have so far lost 5st 7lbs.

I've now got to that awful 'stage' where I can feel myself getting back in to old habits.... So far I have managed to keep the gains to a minimum and lose the weight following week, however I'm getting frustrating with my increasing lack of willpower!

I still have just under 2 stone to get to my target weight and am determined not to give in.

Any suggestions to get me back on the straight and narrow?

    Have you considered taking a 'diet break' and just eating at maintenance for a while? I ran into the same issues when I was losing, and found that if I took some of the pressure off for a while, it was easier to get my head back in the game. :)

    Thank you, I think I will give that a try, it seems that is what I'm doing without being aware of it anyway!
