Hit a plateau!

Hello! I started losing weight at the end of August and am now down about 12 pounds. However I have not lost a thing in 2.5 weeks! How can I make this work?

    How's your logging? Are you using your food scale for ALL solids? Measuring cups for all liquids? Still using the recipe builder for everything homemade? Remembering to log every bite, taste, and nibble? Using accurate entries? Usually a plateau comes down to logging issues. You could also open your diary if you'd like additional suggestions.

    2.5 weeks isnt long. Just keep tracking accurately-weighing your food- And be sure your not slipping anything in you dont track. Maybe add a bit more exercise if you can to break the plateau. Just stick to it it will break.
