New Here and Ready to Change

Hello everyone,

I'm new here. First time that I use a site to log my progress. I'm a 27 year old male sitting at 290lbs currently, and 6'0" in height. Growing up I always struggled with my weight and even got picked on in grade school about it. Even though I was thinner in high school- as many of us were- It seems that as I grew older and got "better" jobs, I slowly gained the weight that I'm currently at. I've tried to make changes in the past to no avail. Now however, I feel a lot more hopeful and confident that I found this site and the wonderful people on here with similar goals to mine: to get fit and healthier.
I already began logging my meals and I'm already seeing a trend in my eating habits. The only question I have for you guys is, do any of you work nights like myself? If so, what is your meal schedule like?
