Need to get back on track but I'm lost!

I haven't been to the gym in almost 2 months i was doing well when I was going.i know I've gained a few lbs.

Gaining a few pounds is nothing!
Nip that *kitten* in the bud, though, and set yourself a 0.5 lb weekly weight loss goal.
Log everything you eat - it takes about 2 minutes per day - and stick to your limit.
