Hey everyone. I need some help loosing the weight to make me love myself like everyone else loves me... If you have any tips on how to do that or what has worked best for you... Please let me know !

Hi amber! I wanted to say always love yourself first and foremost, no matter what size you are and the rest will follow. Sticking to a regular exercise routine and cutting out a lot of processed foods seemed to work in my nonvegan days. Drinking plenty of water and getting REST is also a key component. I just got back into exercising after being sedentary for a few years (ughhh, the struggle is real lol). I think as long as you're a part of the mfp community that it'll give you the motivation to move forward. The other thing that has worked for me is to stay out of google images looking at obvious photoshopped images of women with "perfect" bodies and using those images as a standard as to what I'm suppose to look like. Look to the community with real people with real results for motivation. Best of luck and YOU can do this!0
