Starting Over....again

Hello everyone!
So I've been having weight issues, I go up and down over and over. It really depends on what is going on in my life at that moment. This time I've reached a new max weight! I'm 5 foot 9" and the scale read 240 this morning! I'm so upset with myself, so upset I just want to eat ice cream to feel better. I know that's the wrong thing to do, so this time I'm thinking about posting everyday of what's going on in my life and the decision as to what I ate that day. I also purchased a Fitbit so I'm looking for people to challenge me. Add me and lets motivated each other!

Hey Lupe. I've never replied to any posts on the forum before but I saw your title in the sidebar and related.
I know it can feel like you've done so much damage to your weight loss aspirations that it feels like there is no point in even trying. You'll have to go through all the same effort as before- but just to get to your previous max which you weren't happy with either. Frustrating and very discouraging for sure.
I believe the right attitude however is to consider that in a years time you'll still be a year older whether you take action or not, and you'll be happier for having striven and struggled through it.
Best of luck to you, and never forget what you're fighting for!2 -
It doesn't matter how many times you fall, what matters is how many times you get back up again....
though, in retrospect I think that should be reversed...

I use to gain and loose 20 hear and there but now I'm up 100 lbs and haven't done anything about it. Starting now I'm going to get healthy. Just got a fit bit and and see there is a spot for a group of users. Lets DO IT!!0
