233 down to 211

I just wanted to share my progress thus far. At my heaviest weight, back this past June, j weighed in at 233. I started my weight loss journey this past September at 231 and now currently weigh 211. I know it's not the biggest weight loss, but I've learned to celebrate every accomplishment along the way! Thank you to everyone who shares on this app. It's truly encouraging and congratulations on your individual accomplishments!

GW: 180

I eat 1500-1700 calories a day. P50/C30/F20. Play with your macros. Find out what works best for your body and goals and stick with it!

    That's a lot of lean for only 22lbs. You were lifting also?

    Thank you! I actually did p90x, which is a combination of weight lifting, body weight and cardio. I just started insanity yesterday, so we'll see how that goes!
