Hi all, was thinking of trying the VEGGAMOUCHE diet, any thoughts? You basically burn calories by stomping on all your food until it's mooshy, and then cry while eating it.
I am getting married in two weeks and need to drop about 30lbs in that time and thought this might work. Plus I think I saw it on Dr Oz or something. Opinions?

The crying might be too strenuous for you to begin with. Build up slowly.0

If you saw it on Dr. Oz it must be legit. Good luck, I'm sure you'll be in that dress in no time. Don't forget to report back, I was looking at something similar to this, except I think it was a cleanse...0 -
I think it's working already. Just the name of the diet is kind of grossing me out. I'm not hungry at all!
.... so, uh, how do you get brussels sprouts out of carpet?0 -
I tried this once. My food tasted like feet and I had a tough time scraping it off the tile. The crying really does help!0

i'm interested in this as well but i heard you need to buy very specific sneakers for the stomping and the only way to get them is to visit a stomping food specialty store where they measure your stomping pressure all while collecting your tears in beakers which they then test to verify you are consuming less than 1200 calories a day.0 -
I think that sounds like an excellent idea. I'm not sure I'll be able to cry hard enough though.0

Only works during thunderstorms, when Queen is playing in the background (Queen boosts metabolism - Oprah tried it once and lost 10 lbs).
The thunderstorm gets the heart rate up and you burn more calories while stomping the vegetables.0 -
Crying and stomping our both excellent calorie burners.
Keep up the great work OP0 -
