Hi, I'm not new on here. I've been on and off and losing weight has been a constant battle for me. I try and I lose weight but then I give up and gain it back. I am here again on trying to lose weight. I hope I can reach my goal this time. I joined the gym so thats a huge step for me. I need some motivation & advice. Any one is welcome to comment

I've done the same. Sometimes life can knock us for a loop or into a rut. I try to gain ground each time I fall and let the downtime gradually get shorter each time. I also try to find why it happened and learn from it. Since you're back on here I'd say that's the first step. Keep it up! Strength in numbers! "Iron against Iron sharpens"1
