A normal sized bagel from a bagel store.. I think these are a little larger than what you would find in Dunkin Donuts. I had the inside of it scooped out. Anyone know about how many calories it would be ?

If it's larger than DD but has some scooped out then maybe just log the DD bagel? Or even with the scoop there's more bagel than DD? Then log 1.5 (or whatever) of the DD bagel. Or just log 200-300 or so and call it a day.

This is why a food scale is handy. You could just log the grams of a bagel without the guessing.

Bagel thins which are approximately 1/3 size of regular bagels have 125 calories

I have the Thomas bagel thins and they are 110 but waaaay less than 1/3 of regular. They're so skinny!

Only way to be sure would be by weight.

Weigh it and use a UDSA entry for bagels.

The bagel store bagels I've weighed in the past were around 400 calories, so I'd probably put 250 or something, depending on how much is left.

Omg Francl27 I did not realize one full plain bagel is 400 calories. Good thing I had it scooped out.
I bought something while I was out so could not weight it. The grilled chicken, veggies, dressing is easier for me to estimate but wasn't sure about bagel. Thanks all for the responses.
