So tired and hungry!

Options
I had a big day yesterday, running around the house cleaning, followed by an upper body/core session, then a big hike in the mountains to end the day with 20k steps.

I was barely hungry yesterday, burned 1600+ calories and woke up today sore, tired and HUNGRY!

I've managed 3000 steps all day! And I keep trying to convince myself to do a quick 30 minute routine just so I can eat it! Lol

Today sucks! ;)

Eat! You probably are well under your weekly calorie goal if you weren't too hungry yesterday. Heck, even if you aren't, a few hundred calories won't set your back in the long term.
Also, rest- so you can carry on taking wonderful pics for us tomorrow.

    Cheers, h.

    Yeah ... eat!

When I do a lot of exercise, I eat about 90% of my exercise calories back ... and if not on the day of the exercise, then definitely on the next day.

There's nothing wrong with eating more today, especially if you were very active and ate lower yesterday. Food is fuel. Rest and eat.

    Thanks everyone.

I realised I hadn't been drinking as much water through the day so I started gulping that down and then had a a coffee and some hummus and that seemed to do the trick.

I did rest thanks to you guys and I have woken today feeling better for it. Off to conquer a mountain. :D
