Lost 21 lbs, didn't think I could do it

I was so excited today to see that I'd crossed the 20 lb marker. Five months ago, I was at my highest weight ever and bought a bunch of bigger clothes. I had been steadily gaining for years. But MFP has helped me so much. I love my exercise routine, I make time for exercise 5-6 days a week, and I don't feel like I have to be restrictive in my eating. I did cut out alcohol to get here and I'm reminding myself that if and when I decide to reintroduce the occasional glass of something, it can't occupy the same place in my life it used to (daily drink with dinner and beyond). But first, I have a few more pounds to lose to get to my goal. Thank you all for your wise advice and support!
