Mid week weigh in

Normally I only record my weight on Monday mornings but I cheated a little this week only because I was bloated to the gills after Thursday's feast and I needed some encouragement. Anyway it's my journey and my rules.

As a side note I would especially like to friend former long term Weight Watchers. I learned a lot from that program and yes it is possible to eat clean on WW however I was tired of paying and 2 the point system was becoming a joke. Hardly anyone was making goal and the meetings were becoming social hours. Mfp is more straight forward, incredibly informative and surprisingly I am not having the crazy hunger spikes that I was on WW
