Over 65 and Need Support

I have one year to work before I retire. My goal is to lose 40 pounds within that time frame. That seems doable, but I don't have a support system to help me get there. I am reaching out to find others that are willing to help me on this journey and encourage me.

You can do this, it is harder when you get more senior, stay focused one day at a time. Good luck0 -

You might want to join one of these groups/message board topics, just post and let them know you would like friends for support. Also some people have more friends than they feel they can handle, that is why the groups and board topics are good. If you have time you participate daily if not, you just do your own thing:
