Hi
I just turned 50 and seen photos of me at my party and said OMG is that me??? Can not believe I look like that. So I decided it's time to lose weight. Here I am starting to find ways to live healthy a nd lose weight. If you want to be my friend and support me just ask.

    I'm new to the community and I also just turned 50 in July. I've gained 30lbs in the last 8 month buy sitting on the couch not to mention the 15lbs that I needed to lose before that. Still not sure how this all works but would love some new friends. Good luck on your journey.
