No, not a cheesy weird creep-o pick up line.

I'm curious. I know that each person is different and there are numerous factors that play into how many calories you need to take in. I'm not asking so that I could apply someone else's caloric intake to myself, but I'm simply wondering what everyone is taking in.

So women, all you who are lifting (moderate to) heavy, tell me your number :)

    1825 is my goal, but last week I average 1720. Month of June I averaged 1630, but that was the month I bumped up from 1700

    Goal is 1775 but that depends if I hit my 2500 calorie burn goal for the day which doesn't happen every day.

    Yes there is!

    I told him I work solely with free weights and don't use a leg press machine...

    Im doing p90x and i eat 1700 a day...but i usually stay at 1680....

    Yes there is!

    I told him I work solely with free weights and don't use a leg press machine...

    Gotta love that there is a "block user" button on here; if it becomes too much.

    I'm trying to find my maintenance intake. Currently testing out 2400/day.

    And I would really love to get to a point myself of eating around that much a day. Right now I'm still experimenting.

    My "goal" is 1800, but I'll do anything between as low as 1300 (mostly just on sick days) and 2200 (on sushi days haha). Lifting days, I tend to be right around perfect, some days a bit over. Non-lifting days tend to be a little under.

    Yep, me too. I got two messages last week and a request about my legs and if I liked doing lots of leg exercises. Glad it wasn't just me!

    Forgot to add I eat between 1600-1900 calories.
