New Kid On Block.
Relatively new to this, but finding it effective. Formerly a Weight Watchers Online guy were I managed to shed 85 pounds. Was not very good with the maintenance and managed to add back 25 of those, but back on it again. I'm finding that there is not much difference between this and WW. WW is a great program that works! Always liked it as I could eat anything I wanted, just had to watch the portion sizes. No difference here. The main difference I like is that this doesn't cost $16 a month! I'm 6'4 and want to get back to 225. I was up to 312, hit the 225 and then laxed. Will get back there though!

Currently trying to do MFP and WW together (we have WW at Work in my building on Fridays). I love the weekly motivation from WW, but like calorie tracking instead of points. I don't like the 0 point foods at all, I know my grapes are a better choice than chips, but they still have calories! I also like tracking my FitPoints with WW since I try not to eat my exercise calories back except on Saturdays, when I do my long run and need more fuel.

I used to like counting points as opposed to Calories, and it worked well for me. But with this MFP, counting calories is easy! Like the fact that if I am looking at something new, I don't need to pull out the phone to calculate points! WW is a good place to build foundation, but once you have the correct mentality (at least in my case), this will work just as well, if not better.0
