For my left knee to be totally pain free. Had a partial knee replacement 5 weeks ago and still in pain, although it's been getting better. I do go to PT weekly and am suppose to start work tomorrow ( retail during the holidays)...yay. I just want to start working out again and begin lifting weights/squats. Luckily I've been on maintenance mode and still losing. But I just wanna feel strong/healthy.0
