Has anyone tried this? It looks like it would be great for toning but not wanting to spend the several hundred dollars to find out. Just wondering what equiptment and exercise tools people have tried and what is the best for toning and cardio.

This thing looks stupid as hell.
You can do great body weight exercises for free instead.0 -
Honestly, I don't see anything there that you couldn't do with a chair and body weight. I'm probably not a good example as I run for cardio and I have a fully equipped gym in my basement, including treadmill and power cage (amongst others) but there is not much you can't do with body weight exercises and a pair of dumbbells. Go to Scoobysworkshop.com for body weight workouts and free weights you can pick up second hand from Kijiji or Craigslist.0
