It is also for money. I have been gaining weight since my Tonsilectomy. I have also decided to quit smoking after surgery. It is convenient to think of these changes as an excuse. But i just eat and i have a strong appetite.

Well my point is that i will need clothes soon if i keep this up. I would rather go down one size instead of going up and wide! Anyway my budget is not for buying larger size on clothes!!! Is it a matter of discipline? I am not fat. I am curvy. But i do not want to become fat. Therefore i should stop eating fat and start eating thin. So why don't I?

Why not track your intake for a week and see if you can make any little changes.

Its already hard for us curvy girls to find clothing. Good you dont want to deal with that again and again lol. But most people wanna be (or atleast appreciate) curvy. Don't change ;D Even as much as a few small changes can stop obesity before it actually happens. Just learn what your body needs and give it that. Simple :D
