Cleaning Shaker Bottles!

Hi, my name is Tania - and for my first post, I'd like to ask - how can I get that horrible stench out of my shaker bottles? Perhaps, "someone" left remnants of a protein shake in the bottle, in the car, for a few days....and I've tried scrubbing, soaking, dishwashing...it still has a faint smell and makes me NOT want to use it!

Any help would be much appreciated!
