So, I am doing stage tech duties for a musical show, and also help review choreography (light dancing). Tonight (and every night for the next two weeks), I am moving large wooden flats, heavy stage pieces, running props, running curtain ropes (for heavy, velvet curtains). My body feels like I left a gym, so I really want to log the activities. But I am not sure what to log. I was not continuously active for 2 hours, some was dance, some was lifting, curtain runs are an arm workout, but not an intense one. Anyone have any ideas?

Under exercises there's a "moving household items" option and a couple others like that. Maybe one of them might work.2

Change your activity level to active - since it's a job and your job is part of your daily activity and not exercise.1
