Should I log weight lifting calories burnt as well as cardio?

Just got a Fitbit blaze with HRM and been using it to track calories burned on my cardio workout. Before I used the calorie estimate from the Arc Trainer machine and entered that into MFP. Usually around 400 extra calories to play with for the day. Now I am using the Blaze to track the calories burned during cardio and entering that into MFP instead. I am also using the Blaze to track calories burned during my weight training, but have not been entering them. I don't want to inflate my daily number too much, I am trying to lose weight and rarely even come close to the max number with the cardio calories added. Do you all add both your cardio and weight training calories?

I add my weight lifting, because it contributes toward my weekly workout goals. But I don't eat the calories back.

I don't leg resistance as the expenditure is negligible compared to my running and cycling

I log and eat my weight lifting calories.
For a lot of people the burn is minimal so they don't worry. For me, with a maintenance of 1350 without exercise, the extra calories are needed.

Track what you are burning when lifting and eat back the amount needed to keep to your weight goal.

    Cheers, h.

I do super sets circuits. rotating a group of 3 or 4 lifts without resting between set. Than I record as circuit training.
