Hi everybody! I'm Kathy from Connecticut. I really need to get moving (no pun intended) with getting off this extra weight. A lot of the problem is since I don't cook..too lazy... I get food from a deli/Subway or even Dunkin Donuts. I'm practically addicted to their coffee with a lot of caramel in it. ....no wonder I'm heavy. Good luck to all!!
