Stretches for bad backs

Hi everyone
I'm back after a while of being "off track" and I go to the gym regularly now. The problem is I'm not very flexible, I need to stretch but I have to be careful of herniated discs and sciatica in my back. Any suggestions for stretches? (Especially my hamstrings)
