A. Personal treadmill goal accomplished!!!

Proud of myself today . Today I did a great treadmill routine and didn't die ! I actually ran at 5.5 speed !! the goal for me when I started doing my fitness pal that I would be able have the endurance and stamina to jog and run instead of walk. Winning !
the routine is, speed walk at 3.7 for 2 min. Jog at 4.5 or 2 min and run at 5.0 to 5.5 for 1 min and repeat . last 10 min added a 4.0 or 6.0 a incline .
Feel free to try and tell me what you think. Makes 30 min fly by !
Major calorie burn to. I stayed in the endurance training zone for my heart rate to.

This week I've resumed doing treadmill work after several weeks of neglect. My earlier treadmill work had been always 30 minutes. This week I'm doing 60 minutes each session. My routine today had intervals of 2'15" running at varying degrees of incline and intervals of 2'15" walking at varying degrees of incline. It wore me out.
