So i need to know what i can do to loose back love handles, u know where my bra starp lays its so annoying....plssss help?

    You cannot spot reduce. Continue eating at a calorie deficit and the fat will go away.

    You can do all the lat pull downs and rows you want but if the fat is there, then it's just going to be covering any muscle underneath.

    True you can't spot reduce, but I would encourage weight training to sculpt lean muscle to be revealed as you lose the weight. When the weight does come off you will uncover that fabulous muscle like a buried treasure!

    Get on a power lifting program and do all the big lifts.
