Sodium, Protein, and Sugar Help

Hello everyone!
So I have been on here for almost three weeks now. Every day I go over my sodium, protein, and sugar limits. I literally eat all day and stay below my calorie intake everday all week (besides Sat/sunday are my cheat days because I usually drink alcohol).
I am just wondering if going over those three area's is bad for weight loss. I feel like I am eating healthy foods but I still go over every single day!
Any info would help. I think if you click my name you can see my day by day/ week and what I am eating.
Thank you!

Protein is default low here, so over is good.
High sodium intake is mostly a superficial concern.
Sugar default is pointless. Over is fine.
Cheat weekends may hold you back0
