What you know about tajadas con pollo?

I'm thinking of getting this tonight but I have no idea how to log it! It's sliced plantains (machos, as some call them) fried then baked with a small chicken, topped with repollo (cabbage, onion, vinegar). I know there's other spices in there (probably some cumin, peppers, tomato, etc... but I don't really know what. lol)

Anyone have any idea of the nutrient breakdown? :bigsmile:

    I am not familiar with it, but you could probably log all the ingredients separately a get close. Also if you are making it from scratch you could plug it into the recipe builder and get fairly close. Sorry can't be more help!
