Former weight watchers...well in my yo-yo years I did weight watchers...3 times but may have been 4, I forgot

The best trick when I started calorie counting using online calorie sites was forget it all...every last thing I've learned from WW, slimming world, Atkins, Harcombe, magazines, friends, family celebs

    Just concentrate on calories

    It's enough to start with

So if you have favourite WW recipes, just log em by calories

    Same with prepackaged foods

WW is just a way to parcel up calories for those who didn't like counting

With pre-tracking, you see the picture as a whole and are able to adjust before it's too late. WW taught me the value of tracking and also of community and accountability.
