When you say "best" are you talking about price or taste or something else?

Unless you are sick, or a professional athlete, you should be able to get enough protein through food. Have you adjusted your protein goal, and if so, why? What's your calorie goal? Do you have any dietary restrictions?

That's a high percentage - around 34, and a lot of grams, I can understand you're struggling. But this means you have tampered with the settings, lol - why? A common recommendation for protein in here is 1 gram per pound of lean bodymass or 0.8 grams per pound of total body weight. I personally think this is overkill, unless you really like lean meat and eggs, like, a lot.

Quest Salted Caramel and Trutein Pumpkin Pie are my two favorites. I like high protein for low calories, and not ridiculously expensive.

Computer says 109-145. I would say 70-100. You have to do a bit of trial and error. You need to find a level that makes you energized and satisfied, and at the same time is easy to adhere to.

Yeah, that's a flaw. Your protein needs stays around the same. You can spend your earned calories on anything.

I like Isopure Whey Isolate...unflavored. You can mix it into pretty much anything and never know it's there.

I like MLO Rice Protein Powder in savory things like soup or casseroles or even tossed in a salad, and Arnold Schwarzenegger Vanilla Whey Powder added to oatmeal, various smoothie concoctions, and in hot cocoa.
