    Wow, that looks like a Dr. Oz special! Save your money OP, there's nothing in that "plan" that's going to do you any good, it's a total scam. The only place you'll get lighter is in your wallet.

    I mean this with the best intentions...

    Read through the forums a little bit. You will learn a ton from knowledgeable folks that can interpret the science for you.

    You don't need a "diet" or pills to lose weight. Eat less calories than you burn eating your regular foods within your calorie goal.

    This will set you up to maintain your weight loss which is the ultimate goal.
