1lbs/week... 20 weeks

Hello everybody!!
I'm looking for buddies who, just like me, need to get rid of a few lbs!

My game plan is 1lbs a week (so a 3500 calorie deficit)
This for 4 months/20 weeks...
This by:
Eating 90% keto (i do drink alcohol)
Wearing a fitbit and making sure i burn 2000cal/day and eat 1500
(I'm allowing myself to drink all the excess)

Simple right??

My stats are
F, 5'6, 154

I've been eating keto/low carb for two years now, but i stopped being active...

I'm an emotional binge eater that hasn't been 'on track' for the past year...

But i'm ready to change and go back to my happy self/weight!!
