So far I have lost 26 pounds. I am losing 5 pounds a month. My goal is 130. Usually I have a hard time, but this application is making it easy. I have MS and drag my legs around using a walker. I will have an easier time with less weight to drag

That's awesome. I have a strong family history of relapsing/remitting MS ... my mother and 5 other female relatives.

If weight loss is making it easier to mobilise and reducing fatigue just think of all the extra things you'll be able to do.

Have you got and indirect weight loss goals?

I was just going to say the same thing. Even if you don't follow her protocol, Her Ted Talk is really interesting. She just got approved for funding to conduct a clinical study on diet and MS.
