What supplements do you all take? Not interested in pre workouts or bcaas, more so in natutal supplements to add to my routine. I currently take a multi vitamin and vitamin C every day, along with about an hour in front of my S.A.D light.

I take calcium and vitamin d because I'm on prednisolone and have osteoporosis but I try to get other vitamins and minerals from my diet.0

I take a prenatal vitamin, a breastfeeding supplement vitamin, Biotin, and Vitamin B6.0

Potassium, fiber, and vitamin d. Also often drink emergen-c.0

I take a women over 50 multi, magnesium, MSM regularly. Iron as needed, or a burger. :-)0
