Hi there. You can do it! It's all in the mind. Free your mind of any negative thoughts and begin a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Eat clean: fruits, veggies, almonds walnuts, salmon, lean chicken breasts, etc.; drink plenty of water, 3 cups of green tea a day & have 1 cup of hot water with lemon in the morning as well; and exercise. Just remember that WEIGHT LOSS = 80% Diet + 20% Exercise. I promise you'll begin to see the weight come off!!!
