Cottage cheese is a great option. Gives you that casein protein that slowly gets released into your body, fueling as you sleep.1

Lately, almonds and dried cranberries is my evening snack. Dried edamame also hits the spot when I want something salty and crunchy in volume. If I'm in the mood for something sweet, I usually go for Halo Top ice cream when it fits the grocery budget. They have a slew of new flavors and I'm slowly making my way through them. Usually about 100ish calories for a very decent serving (1/3 of a pint).1

I always have a trail mix or nuts on hand. When I want something cold, I devour a bell pepper. I don't eat much in the mornings, so night time is my catch up time for a lot of different nutrition areas.1
