I am well over 40 and became a lifetime weight watcher in 1979. I maintained several years however for the last couple of decades have lost as much as 50 pounds but always gained weight back. I hit my peak weight of 216 in 2006. I vowed to to stay with the program until I reached goal again. I came within 30 pounds of my high goal of 150 in 2011. The program changes became too tough to bear do I finally after discovering mfp in October 31 cancelled my membership in WW. I'm focusing again on real food and love the fact that it tracks the macronutrients.
