Hi All! I'm back in the game after having my son in October. I've been up and down with my weight loss, but am really focused this time around for doing it not only for myself, but my family. I am nursing my son, who has a dairy and soy intolerance, so I have eliminated that from my diet. This has forced me to be vigilant in checking ingredients, and also to make meals/snacks at home instead of grabbing fast food or a bag of potato chips. I had no idea so many foods have soy, and it's been a process figuring it out; I still sometimes mess up and would really like having some friends on my list to check out your food logs! Also, any breastfeeding moms that'd like to be my friend! It's also been a learning experience with losing weight, since I have to make sure I have enough calories to keep up with my supply.
I welcome any and all support! Thanks for reading :)

I'm dairy free! You can add me if you'd like. It gets easier once you've been at it awhile. ;) The beginning is always tough.

I'm dairy and mostly soy free during the week, I really should be all the time but I still can't cut out cheese even with the tummy ache that follows :) I'd love to check out your food log too as I'm still kind of learning about the soy free thing and while I have plenty of vegan friends almost none of them are soy free. I don't consume soy milk and only do tofu/tempeh once in a while with stir fry, but I don't know what other foods typically contain soy.
