So. Managed to sprain my knee/tear my meniscus. Might require surgery. I won't dwell on that and I am optimistic for an eventual full recovery.

My problem currently however, is that it totally messed over my exercise routine. Jiujitsu is out, and can't run or bike which were my other two favourites. I'm going stir CRAZY without doing something active - I need it!

Anyone care to give me any ideas? Core workout I guess. Arms. Something. Anything.

A good thought, but I'm not a great swimmer, and don't currently have ready access to a pool.

    Inverted rows, maybe?
    Modified pushups?
    BroCurls? ;)
Speaking of BroCurls - any dumbbell work for upper body could possibly work.

Upper body work til you find out what's going on with that knee :/
I second the swimming idea too.

Yeah, I think I'll do some upright rows and curls (lol brocurls) ...
I can certainly do weight work I suppose. I have some stuff at home for that.

I'll think about swimming, I'd have to find some place relatively cheap where the water isn't too deep. I don't love deep water just cuz my swimming skill is so *kitten*. That's really the only thing I can think of for cardio... unless.... I move a chair over to a punching bag or something! Hah. ....sigh.
