How do I figure out how many calories a home cooked meal has? For instance, this is the recipe I'm making tonight:
2 packages 1/3 less fat cream cheese
3 medium chicken breasts, pan cooked and chopped into 1 inch pieces
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tblsp freeze dried garlic
1 1/2 tblsp chives
Salt/pepper to taste
2 containers of crescent rolls
Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls until well combined. Spoon by large spoonful into 2 crescent rolls made into a square. Fold sides and pinch closed. Top with Italian breadcrumbs and bake in 350° oven for 25-35 minutes.
I'm pairing it with fresh corn I froze a few weeks ago and a salad.
Help me figure out the calories in this?!?!

Use the recipe builder (can be found in the food tab).1

yep recipe builder or just work out your proportion (ie if the above is for four - weigh the lot - serve yourself 1/4 and log that?)1

You need to use the receipe builder and enter those ingredients. Would be more accurate using a food scale but at least you'll get close with those measurements.0

If I am making a meal that I know I will use on a regular basis, I add everything in the recipe tab, it is really easy when you can scan everything in. Just make sure all the portions are correct and you will be good to go!0

Are the crescent rolls 4 or 8 per package? Assuming 4 per package, for 8 rolls total, here are the numbers:
