    Every step is a step towards a brighter future and gives you a great 'now' cos you can be prous of every positive decision you make.

    Nutrition: portion size is key. Your palm is what size protein serving should be (2-3 per day) and youve got 5 fingers= 5 serves of veggies a day. 2 thumbs= 2 serves of fruit a day as well as 2 dairy. A serve is a cup or an item loke an apple or banana.

    I find thats easy to work out using my hand wherever I eat.

    Just remember that:
    80% Clean Diet + 20% Exercise = WEIGHT LOSS! :)
